Friends! Bali is a wonderful island in the Indian Ocean.

Everyone should visit it. But the flight is very expensive.

Of course, if you live anywhere in Asia or Australia you are lucky.

you are lucky.

You can fly to Bali at least every six months.

Because all flights in South-East Asia are cheap,

it costs the same as we pay for taxi inside the city,

maybe even cheaper

But for us Europeans flight to Bali - just pain

And it's good when there is an opportunity to stay on this island of Gods and Demons a little longer

and see a little more.

And there is something to see, except the beaches, believe me

But not everyone the same lucky as the inhabitants of Australia.

And of course work, study, family, etc.

do not allow you to go for a couple of months to Indonesia

and then calmly and without hurrying enjoy the island.

And personally, I would be hurt to pay such a bunch of money

or the flight to Bali and back, and then stupidly lie on the beach

at the hotel area all two weeks of my vacation

It can be done anywhere in

Turkey or Egypt, There, by the way

the water is cleaner, and sharks are smaller

and the flight is cheaper and generally all inclusive.

So, if you just want to lie down and swim

don't fly to Bali

No, I'm not dissuading anyone from going to Bali

just the purpose of this video is to tell you that Bali is not a beach holiday

Everyone probably knows about surfing here all year round

about the fact that there's always a very good wave for surfers all the time

Even I could not resist and tried myself as a surfer.

The link to this shameful video, about Nika

the tamer of the ocean, will be down in the description

and also click here and everything will appear

I slowly approached the main idea of this video

an overview of the places that you simply have to visit,

if fate has thrown you to Bali.

Of course, as usual,

this is my personal never an objective top

So, what I discovered for myself

and saw on this fantastic island

Consider that it's just a small guide from Nika.

First I want to tell you a few little lifehacks

that will help you to save a lot of money.

I'm serious

First. Collect the company of 5-7 people. Perfectly 6

One or two should have a drive license

This will help you to travel around the island by car.

Rent a good car costs plus or minus 20-25 000 RUB or 400-450$ for 30 days.

It's only $ 70 per person

Per month! For an excellent car

In which such an "excellent car" I propose to put 7 bodies?

In Toyota Avanza Veloz!

This car was just a godsend for us.

Guys, don't be greedy and rent a good car

Of course, for a couple you can rent a bike

to travel around the island

but to drive on a bike during the rain...

it's not a pleasure in my opinion.

But we rented a bike and even used it a couple of times.

But you will fly to Bali in January, right?

And in January here is the rainy season - have it in your mind. So remember:

1. large company, 2. A correct car

3. No hotels! Only villas!

If anyone is interested, we rented our villa for 1,000 euro approximately.

It's expensive for Bali,

but look what we got for this money

I remind you, if anyone forgot - this is for 6 people

So it's only 160 euro from 1 person.

You can ask me why should you fly in January?

And I will answer: to save your money, for example for the villa.

In the rainy season the rental price for villas will be much cheaper

but sunny days for sunbathing will be enough

Just believe me - you will have enough sun in January

And for sure you'll get enough sun, become sunburned, you will swim a lot and you'll try yourself on the board

become sunburned, you will swim a lot and you'll try yourself on the board

But there is another cool bonus in January:

for 4 years here in January acts ..... Ta-daaam!

Shnurov with his band Leningrad.

This is the 4 point but I would put it to the number one.

Entrance to the concert is absolutely free.

As we understood a local millionaire organizes it

And we already told about this event earlier.

If you are interested you can watch it by links here

and there.

Okay, I finish with lifehacks and move

to the main idea of this video.

These places in Bali I would like to visit again.

1. School of surfing.

They are a lot of schools here everywhere and I will not advertise any one special,

but i really liked surfing.

Remember that it's best to start study on the beach in Kuta.

By the way, maybe it's time to put a like for Nika?

I've already talked to a bunch of likes,

so come on, press on this damn button

And if for some reason you are still not following my channel,

here's a tutorial video for you

Water blow.

Well, it's fun. You can take a photo with the background

of such a natural fountain or make stories for your instagram

By the way follow my instagram

there I post a lot of interesting things

and every day

The link to my Instagram is in the description

I don't want a callus on my tongue that's why let's agree

that I will point out in the description all the links to all the places I'm telling about, ok?

Let's go further

Melasti beach.

This is the beach on which we shot during the storm.

It was an epic shooting. We were even washed into the ocean.

But it's very insulting that we made very little photos

our 2 cameras were flooded,

and the whole car was covered with water. Half or the day we were washing salt from the car.

We washed the car, but the cameras

With cameras I did not fully understand what happened

but my cameraman cries every time when he remembers that shooting.

After Melasti beach I propose you to go to the cafe "Happy cow" and have a good lunch

It's not so cheap here, but it's worth it, believe me

I already helped you to save a lot of money,

so now you can eat on the money you saved

About food: In Bali, you can eat in Varungs very cheaply

This is a cafe for the local people

But even foreigners eat there with pleasure.

The prices are very cheap

Very very cheap. Try it by yourself.

And also in Bali McDonald's is cheap

and at the same time very tasty. If anyone did not know

the assortment in McDonald's depends on the country

and it is not the same everywhere in the World

So, here in Bali McDonald's is cheap and tasty.

By the way if you will use my advise

and rent a villa instead of a hotel

you might want to cook something for yourself.

It depends on your imagination.

Maybe you flew through half the world to cook pasta, I don't know.

So I propose you to get acquainted with the list of shops in which I recommend to buy food.

You will not get poisoned there - the stores are good. And try to guess where it the link :)

If you didn't listen to me

and came here just to sunbathe and swim

then I will advise you to go to the beaches

where you can swim regardless of the tides, in contrast to the Nusa-Dua

So remember these 2 beaches: Geger Beach and Sanur Beach.

Go there and get your beach vacation!

The next place is Bali bird park.

Here the opinions were divided and my cameraman said that he didn't like it

I think it's because of ticket's prices

Because he paid for the them

And the price is a bit indiscreet... 375 thousand local money

which is almost 30 dollars per person

For the money that we paid we could rent a bike for a month.

But I liked it. It's my blog, right?

I forgot to say

next to the Melasti Beach there is also Nyang-Nyang beach!

It's the same as Melasti very empty.

Actually if you are lucky you will not meet people below

Why? Let it be a surprise, ok ?;)

A little clue: don't plan to swim here.

Just to shoot. And don't forget a good pair of shoes.

Okay enough tips. The rest should be a surprise)

I'll tell you about couple of temples

but first you need to prepare for visiting these holy places

Shopping!

The temples that I didn't especially like

but remembered by pleasant memories are: Goa Gaja - the elephant temple

and the Temple of Gunung Kavi, whatever that means.

Here on the screen we will write the names.

In Bali there are millions of temples and everyone is something unique, be sure.

And I'm not about religion now

I guess I do not have a lot of Buddhist subscribers

I suggest you to visit these temples because

Just because it's photogenic

I'm sure it's almost everywhere photogenic

Bali is such a huge photo studio in the open air

Here's an example:

on the way to one of the well-known temples

we accidentally fount the temple

the name of which is not in any guidebook

We just stopped in search of a store!

But look what awaited us inside

These were preparations for the holiday

which was scheduled for January 25

Here's another argument for you to fly to Bali in January

If anyone doesn't understand,

all these sculptures are made of rice

It was so magical like in a fairy tale.

Temple Goa Gaja.

I really liked the nature, trees, waterfalls, paths

everything was like...I don't know how to say,

maybe pleasant

If you don't take into account the cave with the crypt, the rest was fine.

Approximately the same thing I can say about the Temple of Gunung Kavi

Ah, there are rice fields by the way.

Well, not the fields... terraces

Very nice, but there is one nuance

All this beauty is located much lower than the entrance

And in order to get here, you have to go down a very long steep stairs

And now guess what to do after visiting the temple?

You can write your guesses in the comments.

Several times during the ascent, I wanted to die

or to ask to be sheltered in the temple grounds

because I didn't believe that I would get to the exit

But it was worth it - it's beautiful here

This is just an empty temple.

I don't know for what reason but there are so many such a places in Bali

Move a little to the side of the big road and here's an amazing place for a shooting for you.

Don't thank me.

Shortly about parties in Bali

In the center in Kuta there is a whole street

with bars and nightclubs.

Music, as everywhere, drinks - like drinks

A lot of ice in cocktails - without ice it's impossible because of the heat

We just moved from one bar to another until we were tired

Well, I liked parties in Kuta

Sunsets

I already told about this beautiful tradition to meet the sunset in Bali before

Try to Google, where is the best place to meet the sunset

and Google will give you info about cafe Single Finn.

Pretty, but too famous and as a result

expensive and without free places

A little advice:

if you came to Single Finn and didn't find a place

to sit down, don't break off. Just go down one tier below and enjoy the sunset in an absolutely empty cafe

Now you can tell me thanks ;)

But what will you say in response to this

know an absolutely perfect place for sunsets

It is a magical, very magical fairy place

And it doesn't have a name. There are only coordinates.

We came here just by chance.

We got lost and there was no place to turn around, so we continued to go straight

Look where we've come!

The camera doesn't show you a hundredth part of how breathtaking it is.

And I don't advise you to postpone visiting this magical place on the last day.

Because you for sure will tear your return plane ticket and will not fly away

you will stay here forever.

You can't go back to school without this tip! School Finesse Podcast - Ep. 2 - Duration: 4:01.

Hey guys, and welcome back to the School Finesse podcast. I'm your host. Amen.

Today, we have tip #2 and our first News Fix.

So a viewer from Texas asked, "What is one of the biggest tips for starting a new semester"?

Well, here's the tip.

Use all the resources that the school provides.

Most of the time, these resources are free.

But unfortunately, some students do not take advantage of them. If you're having trouble mastering a subject --

schedule an appointment with a tutor. If you're having trouble writing or just need a second set of eyes to look over your work --

go to the Writing Center. If you are working on a science project and need additional help,

go to the open lab hours

These are just a few of the resources that are available to you,

but there's a ton more. There are discounts for transportation and restaurants, there's free counseling and advising.

There are all sorts of resources for you.

Look, math isn't my favorite subject, but I had to take a four credit math in community college.

Unfortunately, in high school, I convinced myself that math wasn't for me and I had no interest in practicing it.

That wasn't a very good decision, because when I arrived at community college, they dropped the news on me. I

had to pay for 3 remedial math classes that I got 0 credit for. I

basically took these classes for fun.

But throughout the challenge of taking the remedial math courses,

I struggled to master the skill. Instead of giving up on myself,

I scheduled an appointment with the tutor and I printed out free practice material to help myself through the courses.

Here's the deal.

Many schools offer a ton of free resources,

but no one is going to force you to take advantage of them.

Take initiative and watch how these resources can work in your favor to help you succeed.

This week's CHALLENGE: go to your school's office,

enrollment service, or registration office and ask for the list of resources available.

Encourage someone in the comment section, and let us know what school resources has worked for you or the ones you plan on using.

Now, on to the News Fix. So last week, school started. And in Missouri, a

young student wore a green shirt for picture day.

Unfortunately, he had to sit in front of a green screen.

So as you can imagine, his photos ended up being a floating head and two floating arms.

Another great story took place last week in New Jersey. A

principal installed a free laundry service for students after some of them were bullied because of their dirty clothes. The

school says, many students face humiliation because of their dirty clothes, and the school wanted to put an end to that.

This all started when a student refused to show a police officer her handbag.

Nothing illegal was in there; there was just her dirty clothes because she was homeless.

Sources say she was fighting for her pride.

So, shout out to West Side High School in Newark, New Jersey

for their free laundry service to help students. That's our tip and news for today.

Links to the news articles will be in the description box.

Always remember, tune in every Monday morning for a new tip on how you can finesse your way through school this week.

I'm your host, Amen, signing off.

Does a Saramonic mic work on GoPro Hero 5 Black Session Hero6 audio review unboxing - Duration: 8:04.

Hello welcome back to the Happy Hut - I'm Neil thanks for clicking on this video where

today we're answering the question does a Saramonic SR-XM1 microphone

work on a GoPro Hero5 black Hero 5 session or gopro hero6 and

this could be a really quick video because the answer is yes you are listening to it

right now!

I've got the Saramonic plugged in straight into the mic adapter on my GoPro Hero 5 black,

hey! just as a airplane flies over that will give you a sense of the ambient sound.

I've got the mic adapter lashed rather inelegantly to my GoPro Hero5 black and you can probably

hear as I walk around you could probably hear any change in the voice - I've got it pointing

forward as you can see so if I go behind the camera this is how it sounds maybe I need

to point it backwards - it's pointed back - hello Here I am

so don't know if you can hear that and then back to the front.

So what we'll do in this video I'll show you what the microphone looks like when it arrives

in the box and then I'm going to give you some comparison between how the GoPro Hero

5 sounds with no microphone in, and then sounds with the Saramonic and a Boya BY-M1 clip on

lavalier microphone just to give you an idea of the of the different sounds from the three

different microphone options so here are the features and specifications for the Saramonic

SR-XM1 and this is how it appears in the box when it arrives

Obviously there's the windshield and the microphone itself this is what comes in the box: warranty

card silica gel and then the pieces itself just the windshield

and the Saramonic SR-XM1 itself and the big thing I wanted to know was does it turn 90

degrees and it does and it turns in both directions there's a shock mount at the base of

the mic so that I don't know if you can see this the mic can move independently of the

base and the windshield is a snug fit wow it's a really snug fit there we go and that's

what it looks like with the windshield on it's more of a pop

shield than a windshield I'll try my dead kitten on this to see how

that fits but I guess we'll all want to know now how it sounds

I'm now shooting this in my camera phone just to show you that I've put the settings on

the GoPro Hero 5 - to standard mic and I have plugged the Saramonic into the GoPro mic adapter

I've used this velcro tape to lash it to my grip handle that's on top of the tripod that

goes into there so let's hit record and this is how the Saramonic sounds plugged

into the GoPro I'm going to talk for a little bit about nothing in particular so that you

get an idea of how the Saramonic sounds plugged into a GoPro Hero 5 I'm under

a meter away from the microphone itself if I step back this is how it sounds, and as

you know I've set my GoPro Hero 5 - standard mic on the audio preferences let me give you

an idea now of what the Saramonic sounds like connected to the GoPro mic adapter with the

preferences set at standard mic+ on the camera itself

so this is what the Saramonic SR-XM1 sounds like with my camera audio preferences set

to standard mic plus I believe it gives it a little boost so I

don't know if my sound is distorting I don't know if the camera is bringing up any other

noise any other hiss hopefully if you're hearing what I'm hearing I can hear some birds tweeting

and rustling in in the bushes and very light traffic in the

distance but this is how the Saramonic sounds on standard mic plus

what I'm going to do now is to compare the Saramonic with the Boya BY-M1 clip on lavalier

microphone it would just give you an idea of how the two different types of microphones

sound just make sure it's clicked on that's on

so what I'm gonna do now is swap out the Saramonic for the Boya BY-M1 clip on lavalier mic

[CLICK] That's seamless this is this is how it sounds

with the Boya BYM1 I prefer to use a clip-on mic I don't know why it to me it just sounds

warmer but obviously you then have an umbilical cord tethering you to the camera which doesn't

help if you've got a camera that's an action camera but

this is how the GoPro Hero 5 sounds with a Boya BY-M1 but I've got it on standard mic

+ settings I think from what I've seen this might be sounding a little warm maybe a little

hot even and finally for comparison this is how the GoPro Hero 5 black sounds with no

microphone plugged in no mic adapter plugged in just the old onboard built-in

microphones and the camera itself is in the regular GoPro Hero frame so this is how it

sounds maybe I could compare it I do quit super quick comparison so this is it with

no microphone plugged in this is how it sounds with the Boya BY-M1 lavalier microphone plugged

in and finally the Saramonic SR-XM1 one this is what it's

like with the Saramonic so I hope this video has helped if it has you can let me know by

just clicking a thumbs up to let me know you've got to this point in the video that would

really make me happy and also I'm trying to get us to 1,000 subscribers I don't think

I'm ever gonna do it but you can help me get one step closer in chasing that Daft crazy

faraway dream just by clicking subscribe in the bottom right hand corner or in the link

in the description I've also put a link to the Saramonic in the description

for a place to buy it so you can see what it looks like there and get

all the details from there but either way I hope this video has helped you choose whether

or not the Saramonic is is right for you and either way good luck

on your purchase and thanks again for watching
