like small Santiago

cause it's small but active

the clouds covered up all the view, almost all the view

of course it's advisable to come as early as possible because then you would have much clearer view

I have been a little bit disappointed with Santa Maria volcano

both the hike wasn't that amazing

just some very normal plants very normal as for where I come from

not very exotic for me

at the top you get to see some spots that are quite nice

but that's maybe like five minutes from the three-hour journey up

another three minutes from the two-and-a-half journey down

if you've been to many volcanoes

Indonesia spoils for volcanoes and the views

so I think Santa Maria wouldn't be that much of a priority for me

I am happy I did it by myself and the total cost would be 4 quetzales

which is like 50 euro cents

but some people pay for it 275 quetzales

so if I paid this amount I would be rather...

(disappointed)

right now

if you are limited very limited with time

maybe this hike would not be a must do

sitting on a cut trunk

Natural remedies for cough cold and flu - Duration: 5:29.

Hello friends, today I am going to give you some health tips

Now that winter season is approaching, these are some precautions you can take to protect yourself from cold, cough and flu.

You could also try these if you are starting to show symptoms of a cold

Home remedy 1 : Here, I have the juice from two small red onions. We need 1 tsp of this juice

Add 1 tsp of honey to this

Mix well. This home remedy should be prepared fresh every time

You can take this 2-3 times daily. You can give this to children (above 3 years of age) as well.

I had given this previously to my children when they had cough and cold, and it was very effective

Home remedy 2: This can be given to elderly people and children above 10 years of age.

For this, take half a tsp of cinnamon powder, two tsp turmeric powder, half to 1 tsp of pepper powder

Now add 1-2 tsp of honey to this mixture. You can add more if required

Honey is very good for your health

Mix well. You can have about a quarter tsp at a time and about 4-5 times daily

You should start feeling better in about 4 days. If you don't you should see a healthcare professional

Home remedy 3: You can have this at night before going to bed

A2 milk is preferred for this home remedy. The cows giving this milk were not given growth hormones or antibiotics

This milk is easily digested and reduces stomach discomfort

Regular milk in Western countries usually has both A1 and A2 casein which has shown to cause stomach problems, bloating and inflammation with prolonged use

The A2 milk I have here has been boiled and allowed to cool

Into this, we will add 1 tsp turmeric powder

Now add half tsp pepper powder

I am adding 1 tsp honey but you can add more if you prefer

Now mix well and have this turmeric milk before going to bed

This remedy is good for cold, cough and fever. Have it continuously for a few days

Lactose intolerant people may substitute the milk for Almond milk (boiled and cooled down)

The three health tips I have shared with you today have been very effective in my experience in treating cold and cough
