If i could turn back time If i could find a way

I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

I don't know why i did the things i did, i don't know why i said the things i said

Love's like a knife it can cut deep inside, words are like weapons, they wound sometimes

I didn't really mean to hurt you, i didn't want to see you go

I know i made you cry but baby

If i could turn back time if i could find the way

I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

If i could reach the stars, i give them all to you and you love me love me like I use to do if i could turn back time

My world was shattered i was torn apart like someone took a knife and drove it deep in my heart

You walk out that door i swore that i didn't care but i lost everything darling then and there

Too strong to tell you i was sorry Too proud to tell you i was wrong i know that i was blind and darling

If i could turn back time if i could find a way I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

If i could reach the stars i'd give them all to you then you'd love me love me like you used to do

If i could turn back time, if i could turn back time, if i could turn back time oh baby

How Glyphosate is Poisoning our Food Supply - Jeffrey Smith - TTAC Live Event - Duration: 7:03.

There's also leaky gut.

Now leaky gut, how many people have never heard of leaky gut?

Okay, both of you.

So, there are tight junctions along the intestinal walls, and food gets broken down into itsy-bitsy

pieces, that's a technical term.

And then it gets absorbed in an appropriate manner into the bloodstream.

But if you create a hole there, then undigested food proteins and part of the microbiome and

chemicals get into the bloodstream where they're not supposed to be there.

Then what happens is the immune system, they all take out their iPhones, right, they attack

it.

Take out their iPhones and they take a picture of it and they post it on their Facebook,

and they say, "Attack anything that looks like this."

But it's an old iPhone that hasn't upgraded, its pixelated.

So, the immune system attacks anything that looks like it, like the thyroid, like the

microvilli, like the pancreas.

That's what autoimmune disease is.

The immune system attacking the body because of old iPhones and leaky gut.

So that causes inflammation and that can lead to cancer and the carcinogenic properties

that—the aspects that are carcinogenic from inside the gut can end up getting through

the leaky gut and causing cancer.

Now, glyphosate was originally patented to clean boilers and pipes.

Because it's a chelator, it grabs the minerals and strips them off the walls.

It is the most powerful widespread chelator.

All the different minerals, it grabs them and doesn't let them go, and that's what

drives many of its properties.

So, if it drives the property—if it takes the minerals from our food supply and makes

them unavailable, that is a precursor to so many diseases.

We heard Dr. Quillin in the opening remarks of this conference, talk about nutrition and

cancer.

If you block the mineral absorption, like for example magnesium, you may have hell to

pay if you're focusing on—if you're struggling with cancer.

Now in the last speaker and in several other speakers, they talk about mitochondria.

Otto Warburg talked about it, he's a Nobel Prize winner, he describes cancer as a mitochondrial

dysfunction.

It turns out glyphosate is a mitochondrial toxin.

There's at least three studies showing that it damages the mitochondria.

It also blocks—because it blocks these minerals, the minerals allow certain pathways to occur.

The cytochrome P450 pathway is very important to the body, it helps the liver detox.

And so, if you're not detoxing, then all the other toxins that are hanging around can

cause problems, and it can create—it can oversee what can be tumor preventing or tumor

causing.

So, if you're messing up the P450 cytochrome pathway you're in trouble.

It also messes up with shikimate pathway which produces the precursor to serotonin, melatonin,

and dopamine.

Which could influence—which could explain the influence of GMOs and glyphosate on mood

and behavior and sleep.

We also have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, surging cancers in the United States, up five

percent each year between 2004 and 2009.

Well it turns out glyphosate and RoundUp cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is

now prevalent to about 25% of the U.S. population.

It causes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Now our government has been in bed with the biotech industry.

It's a very big bed, there's a lot of industries in there.

And the EPA does not look at low dose effects of these chemicals.

They don't require any evaluation of really tiny amounts because they figure "Oh, it

has to be high amounts that cause problems."

Their science is nearly two decades old.

The amount of glyphosate, per body weight in these rats, that caused non-alcoholic fatty

liver disease, actually it's here, is 475,000 times less than the EPA allows in our drinking

water, in our diets, on a per body weight basis.

In other words, the tiniest amount of glyphosate is causing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Now, glyphosate actually degrades to carcinogens, to sarcosine and also to formaldehyde, which

is a known carcinogen.

So, glyphosate is a probable human carcinogen, according to the IARC, and it degrades into

formaldehyde, which is a known carcinogen.

Now in a paper by Samsel and Seneff, they list a whole bunch of other reasons why glyphosate

might be causing cancer.

I don't think I need to go through any more details, okay?

We've got a sense that there is a link.

But RoundUp as a whole, the full formulation, is far more dangerous than glyphosate alone.

And the Environmental Protection Agency refuses to require tests on the whole formulation,

even though RoundUp can be 125 times more toxic than glyphosate alone.

And part of these so-called inert ingredients are 10,000 times more toxic than glyphosate

and also have endocrine-disrupting effects.

Why did you leave your last job - Duration: 6:53.

One of the more common interview questions that you may be asked is what happened at

your last job, or if you're currently employed and working, why is it that you're looking

to leave?

In this video, I'm going to share with you what is, I believe one of the best answers

to this question.

Hello, everyone.

If we haven't been introduced before, my name is Bill Benoist.

I'm a certified professional career coach here in Silicon Valley, and I upload new career

tips and strategies every Tuesday.

So if you're in career transition or you find career development to be important, make sure

that you subscribe to this channel so you don't miss any of the videos.

What happened at your last job, or if you're currently working, why is it that you're looking

to leave?

These are two very common interview questions, and the way I coach my one on one clients

to answer these questions is by using something called an exit statement.

The exit statement is going to be in two parts.

The first part is going to answer the question, "What happened at your last job?"

Or if the question was, "Why is it that you're looking to leave?"

It's going to answer it by a statement that is very concise, short, direct, to the point.

Once sentence, absolutely no more than two, because we don't want to dwell on this part

of the question.

Let me give you an example.

"Intel had a restructuring that eliminated 11% of their workforce.

My position was one of them."

Boom.

I'm done.

I'm over that.

Or, "Cisco had a reorganization that eliminated duplicate departments in 250 positions.

Mine was one of them."

Here's a response if you're currently working: "After working three years with Soundbite,

I've made a conscious decision to pursue new opportunities and pursue new industries."

I want to talk now about the second part of the exist statement.

See, the reason why there's two parts to this is that if we just left it hanging on my position

was eliminated because of a restructuring or because of a reorganization, we're actually

ending this on somewhat of a sour note, a negative, note, and I don't want you to do

that.

I want you to end this on a positive, because when you think about it, nobody likes to be

around a pessimist, but people love to be around optimists, and I want you to be able

to show that hiring manager or that person that's interviewing you that even under the

darkest circumstances, you can see the silver lining.

This is a great way to show this, so let's go back to Intel for a second, and let's put

both of these part one and part two together and you can see what I mean.

"Intel had a restructuring that eliminated 11% of their workforce.

My position was one of them."

There's your negative.

"However, I look at this as an opportunity now to be able to explore some new industries

I've been interested for some time where I believe my skills and experience can be a

great asset."

Doesn't that sound a lot better?

We're now ending it on a positive.

Let's take Cisco for a moment.

"Cisco had a reorganization that resulted in the consolidation of duplicate departments

and the elimination of 250 positions.

Mine was one of them."

Boom, yuck, sour note.

"The layoff allowed me the opportunity to take some time and self-reflect on my career

goals, and I'm really excited to be interviewing with this company based upon your mission

statement and values."

Positive, we're up there.

You see the difference.

Now, what about if you're currently working?

Well, let me show you how this would work.

"After having worked with Soundbite for three years, I have made a conscious decision to

pursue opportunities that I believe will further develop my career.

While at Soundbite, I was able to develop my programming skills significantly, and I'm

now looking forward to bringing these skills to the next company."

I want you to end this statement on a positive, so when you're asked what happened at your

last job or why is it that you're looking to leave, you're going to show your optimism,

your likeability, your compatibility out there.

Before ending this video, there's two more points that I want to make about the exit

statement.

The first point is this: You were not laid off.

Your position was eliminated.

Don't make it about you, make it about the position.

The second point is this: You're going to need to prepare in advance for your interview,

and that means what are the responses that you're going to have for the salary question

and your biggest weakness, but when it comes to the question, "What happened at your last

job?" or "Why is it that you're looking to leave?" the exit statement, what I refer to,

I want you to consider sitting down and writing our your response on a piece of paper and

reading it out loud and saying, "Okay, well, that sounds like the way I want this to go,

but it doesn't sound like the way I talk."

Rewrite it so it sounds as you were talking out loud, that it was just your natural language,

and practice this because if you try to put together your response to what happened at

your last job or why is it that you're looking to leave, and you want to try and craft that

exit statement right then and there, you're probably going to flub it up.

This is one that you really need to practice on before you ever go into the interview.

It's a great way to respond to the question.

It shows your optimism out there rather than, say, pessimism or ending on a sour note, but

you need to practice it.

Speaking of which, if you want to prepare for the interview, as I mentioned, I do have

the career tips and strategies every Tuesday, but I also have an online class that I developed

and launched a few months ago, but let you know about it.

It's in the note section below.

It's called "Finding Work That Fuels Your Passion," and in this class I actually go

through the most common interview questions and best practice answers to those questions.

So if you're in career transition, you might want to check that out.

Again, thank you for stopping by, and I look forward to seeing you in the next video.

Keyword research training: Determining traffic potential - Google Trends - Duration: 1:04.

In this screen cast we are going to explore how to use Google Trends

to measure the frequency of your keywords.

First of all let's take a quick look at Google Trends as a whole

to get an idea of how the tool works.

Once you visit trends.Google.com you see a search bar at the top of the page.

This is where you can enter your queries.

You can enter up to five different queries at the same time

to compare their search volumes.

So let's start by entering the head keywords we came up with earlier.

"Solar panel",

"Insulate home",

and "Saving energy".

Just put commas in between the terms to separate them.

What we see then is a graph of the search interest over time.

Which is color-coded, so you can see that "solar panel" at the top has a blue circle

and the graph also shows the blue line.

And "insulate home" has a red circle and has the red line etc.

3 Mistakes Most Coaches Make - Duration: 4:06.

Hi!

I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video.

Today I want to talk about the three mistakes most coaches make.

I've seen lots of coaches, through my coaching institute and my How To Grow Your Coaching

Biz Workshop, and these are the three things that I hear about all the time where coaches

are making mistakes.

One, they don't charge what they're worth.

This is the biggest mistake for most coaches that I come across before entering into my

SMJ Coaching Institute.

They are charging a low fee, saying that people won't pay; they can only afford this amount

of money but in fact, they are showing the audiences out there who don't know them

that it is of little value.

People need to see that it is of great value to come and coach with you.

Secondly, they don't have a structured system on how to get the right clients to them.

They think that they are just going to come, the phone's going to ring or they're going

to come out of thin air; these people who are going to be attracted to them.

We don't want every client; we want clients who want to change.

As coaches, we want clients who want to change.

We don't want every client that's out there.

Have a structured system that you know will bring the right clients to you.

And thirdly, they don't have a coaching system.

I ask the question of many coaches and say, "Okay, you get a coaching client, you get

on your first coaching call or your second call, your third call, your fourth call.

What is the structure around that?

I hear time and time again, coaches go, "Oh well, we talk and we talk about…" and

it's just like a talkfest.

And I'm going, "You need to have a system."

I know that coaching each business owner, if that's who you're coaching, or each

person, is different because they have different needs, they have different wants, they have

different requirements, but you need to have tools in your tool belt you can pull out and

utilise them for your clients at the appropriate coaching session, whether it be the second

coaching session or the fourth coaching session or the tenth coaching session, but you need

to have some structure.

As a coach, if you're just getting on the calls with your coaching clients and having

a talkfest and thinking that's taking them to the next level and changing their life,

you are wrong!

In my SMJ Coaching Institute with my Master Coaches and my coaching events, I share with

all of the coaches there who attend, how they can structure this and having flexibility

on utilising the tools in this system.

There is a real system to coaching and you need to know that so if you don't, go and

find the system that will suit you in your coaching style.

There are my three points today.

What are the biggest mistakes that coaches make?

One, is they don't charge enough.

Please, increase your fees.

You are worth more than you are charging right now.

Get a structured way to attract the clients to you; the right clients to you.

And thirdly, have a coaching system that you can work within so you make sure you're

giving the best value to your clients and you are taking them to the next level.

I hope this video has been helpful to you today.

If you think that it would be of value to your family, friends and colleagues, please

share my video because I want to help as many people as I can and I need your help to do

that.

I'm Sharon Jurd and thank you for watching today.

We'll talk soon.

How to Say No Politely - Duration: 8:47.

In this video, we're going to talk about how to say no politely. It's a really

important skill. So, let's get into the details.

Hello and welcome back.

If this is the first time you're visiting Communication Coach, I'm Alex Lyon and

this channel is all about helping you with your professional development,

especially as an emerging leader. And in today's video, we're going to talk about

how to say no politely. First of all, you have to learn to say no. You are the

really the only person that is ever going to maintain the boundaries around

your time and your effort and your focus. And so you have to learn to say no.

There's a famous author and speaker John Maxwell and he says learn to say no to

the good so you can say yes to the best. In other words, you're going to get

opportunities and offers and invitations to some pretty good ideas, pretty good

projects. And you probably have some pretty good ideas and projects that you

can't say yes to because if you say yes to all the good stuff there's not going

to be enough time to do it all. So you have to reserve your yeses for the great

stuff. That means saying no. Now saying it politely of course is all the more

important because you want to maintain harmonious relationships and have

positive connections with people and you don't want to be rude about the way you

say no. So, let's talk about four tips that will help you say no politely. And I

want to caution you, the fourth tip you should only use if you feel really

confident in how you can come across with it. The first tip comes from this

book on How to Have a Good Day. Caroline Webb, the author, says tell them

what you said yes to that prevents you from being able to say yes to their

request. In other words, tell them no because you've already said yes to

something that's really important. For example, a couple years ago I wrote a

book and I had to say no to every other project opportunity that came my way

because I was on a deadline for my publisher and I really had to deliver

this book. And so what I said was, Oh so I'm so sorry I can't help you with that

project. I have signed a book deal and I have to deliver this book

by a certain date. and I just have to say no to everything that comes my way. It

sounds like a great project but I'm sorry I can't help right now because I'm

working on my book. And sometimes I said it even more briefly than that. So that's

a way to say no politely and I want to practice right now as well. We're not

just gonna do theory and tips in this, I want you to actually practice this right

now. I'm going to ask you or invite you to be involved in a project and I want

you to say no because tell me what you've said yes to that's already taking

up your time. So, here we go, and you can pause the video if you want to after I

ask you this. So here we go we're getting ready to practice. And action. You know, I

would really love it if you could help me with this project. Would you help me

on this really important project please? Okay. You can pause the video and say

no and then tell me what you said yes to that's already taking up your time and

your focus. And one of the reasons I love this by the way is that it keeps it all

positive, right? You've said yes to some things that are really

important to you and if they respect you and care about you they're gonna see the

value in the things that you have said yes to. Okay so now tip number two. You

want to tell them what you can do for them instead. You can say no

straightaway when they ask you to do something but tell them what you can do

for them instead. Maybe you can refer them to someone else who can help them.

Maybe instead of meeting in person for an hour you can meet on the phone for a

few minutes and quickly handle whatever request they have. Maybe you can point

them towards some resource. Say no but then tell them what you can do for them.

And this happens to us all the time and it comes across as very polite because

the person is offering to help us

it's just that they can't help us in 100% of the way that we are asking for

it in that moment. So again, we're going to practice and I am going to ask you to

meet with me in person about an important project that I want your

feedback on but you don't have the time and you're gonna tell me what you can do

for me instead. Okay so here we go. Ready. Practice. Action. Hey, I was wondering if

you could meet with me for about half hour or an hour I have a really

interesting project and I wanted to run it past you to get your feedback on

where I might go with this project. Would you be able

to meet with me for a half hour, hour? So again, if you have to pause the video go

ahead to form your words but tell me no and then tell me what you can do for me.

Tell me how you can point me in another direction. And again the reason I love

this is because you're still being helpful and that's very polite to offer

some assistance even though it's not exactly what the person wanted but again

you have to learn to say no even to good things so you maintain your calendar

openings for the best things, the highest priority items. Let's move on to the

third tip. The third tip is a general tip about keeping whatever explanation you

give on yourself. So there's lots of different ways that you can talk to

people about what's going on you know but always keep it on yourself don't put

it on to them. Don't blame them. If you want to talk about, if someone asks you

to do something, that you're over committed or that your calendar is

already full or whatever the reasons are you have to say no, keep it on

yourself. This is like another version of when people break up and they try to do

it politely they say, Oh it's not you it's me.

And even though we're not breaking up with somebody, it's the same principle. By

keeping it on yourself, it's very polite. There's no face threat to the

other person because you're not putting them down in any way. You're not judging

them in any way. Again we're going to practice I'm going to invite you in this

situation to be part of a group that meets monthly for the next year and I

want you to tell me no but then keep whatever explanation you have on

yourself. I prefer to talk about how I am over committed already, which is very

true of me so I'm gonna invite you to a group and we might get invitations like

this like a monthly book group or something and you know if you don't have

the time for it you've got to let them know up front. You don't want to say yes and then

skip half of the groups or never show up in the first place. Here we go. I'm

gonna invite you and again you can pause the video. And action. Hey, I would like to

invite you to this monthly group it meets monthly on the first Monday of

every month and it's going to be fantastic I think you would be a really

good fit. Would you like to join our group? And again you can pause but tell

me no but then whatever explanation you give after that keep it on yourself.

And the reason I love this is that it's 100% you taking

responsibilities. That's very polite. Our goal is to say no politely and by

keeping it to all the reasoning on you and not saying no because that group

doesn't interest me or no because I don't like the way you lead groups or

whatever. You keep it on yourself and you're saying no. You're accomplishing

everything you want. You're saying no but you're doing so politely. Now, the

fourth tip is the one that I recommend you use only with caution, only if you

know the person is going to hear you the right way. And that's the fourth tip,

maybe next time. So people will say oh I can't do that but maybe next time. I'm

busy right now but maybe next time. And here's way here's why I want you to use

this with caution. In some cases people will hear you saying no and they'll

accept that no. In a lot of cases, however, I have noticed people will hear maybe

next time and then they'll ask you the next time and the next time and the next

time and if you keep saying maybe next time then it becomes a little impolite.

Then it becomes that you're blowing them off and you just leave, you're stringing

them along. So I prefer to just say no and then if something changes you can

get back to them but the answer is no I can't for whatever reason and

you can use all the other tips we talked about but I would just

recommend using caution especially if you have someone who's pushy and is not

respecting whatever boundary, they might not take the hint. So, maybe

next time, it's a hint to some people but not everybody is going to get it.

Question of the day. Which of these tips do you feel would be most effective for

your personality in your style? I would love to hear your comments about that in

that section below the video. and I also want to offer you a free resource

on the Five Essential Professional Communication Skills. It's a resource.

I've created a PDF download and I will put a link to that in the

description below the video and I will also put that in the comment section in

the first comment and I invite you to check that out if that sounds like it

interests you. So thanks. God bless and I will see you in the next video.

5 Fatty Foods that You Should Eat - Duration: 9:02.

5 Fatty Foods that You Should Eat

When we think of fatty foods, we automatically think of unhealthy foods.

After all, people have increased their intake of processed, sugary, and foods with refined carbohydrates.

The result? We have a population that's overweight, tired, and sick.

Luckily, new studies and discoveries have helped us to learn something important: some fatty foods are really more beneficial than you believe.

Today, we want to share a list of fatty foods that your doctor would want you to eat more.

This will help you stay healthy.

These are natural, delicious foods.

Plus, they'll help you to have a balanced diet and make you healthier.

Are you ready? Take note and start adding them to your diet.

1,Avocados.

Avocados are a bit different than other fruits.

While fruits are usually rich in carbohydrates, avocados have an abundance of fats.

77% of this fruit is made up of completely healthy fats.

The most prevalent fatty acid in it is oleic acid.

This is an element also found in olive oil.

Most importantly, this fatty acid comes with many health benefits.

Also, avocados are one of the biggest vegetable sources of potassium.

Avocados have 40% more potassium than bananas.

If you're worried about lowering your bad cholesterol (LDL) and maintaining your heart health, you should know that avocados are also rich in fiber.

This means when you eat it on a regular basis, it lowers your triglycerides and your bad cholesterol.

At the same time, it increases your good cholesterol.

2,Cheese.

In reality, it's not odd for cheese to be one of the allowed fats.

This is especially true if you take into account the fact that making a slice of cheese requires a whole cup of milk.

This means that it's a good source of calcium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and selenium.

Plus, a slice of cheese has 6.

7 grams of protein.

It's also rich in fatty acids that prevent the appearance of type two diabetes.

This is great news for all of the cheese lovers out there!.

3,Dark chocolate.

Did you think that there wasn't going to be something incredibly delicious in this list of foods? Well, rest assured, chocolate is here.

And we'll give you some good reasons.

Dark chocolate isn't just delicious.

It also has 11% fiber.

Plus, it can give you up to 50% of your recommended daily iron, magnesium and manganese intake.

In addition, it has a high percentage of antioxidants.

This includes more than other foods like forest fruits.

Some of the antioxidants found in dark chocolate help you to reduce your blood pressure.

It also helps to prevent the oxidation of bad cholesterol (LDL) in your blood.

For this to happen, you need to eat an ounce of dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao) five times per week.

Even though it's a delicious food, remember to be careful with the amount and quality of chocolate you eat.

It won't help you to eat a bar of sugar-filled milk chocolate every day.

In fact, this could harm you.

4,Whole eggs.

Whole eggs have gone through a movement where many people avoided them.

This is because there was a general idea that they weren't very healthy.

They thought that the yolks were rich in harmful fats and cholesterol that would hurt your cardiovascular system.

This has some truth when talking about cholesterol and fat.

A single egg has 212mg of cholesterol.

However, this barely represents 71% of the cholesterol you need to eat for the day.

Also, 62% of the calories that you get from a whole egg come from fats.

The interesting thing is that these numbers can seem dangerous and harmful.

But in reality, they don't have a negative effect.

This is because eggs are completely natural.

They even have several nutrients your body needs.

Eggs are rich in antioxidants that prevent eye damage.

They give you nutrients that encourage brain health.

Eggs are rich in protein.

As a result, they will make you feel full and they'll help you lose weight.

They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

Each time you eat eggs, be sure to keep them healthy.

In other words, don't mix them with other fats like bacon.

5,Coconuts and coconut oil.

Coconuts and their oil are one of the main sources of saturated fats that you can find.

In fact, 90% of their makeup is saturated fatty acids.

Because of this, people who eat them on a regular basis are less likely to have heart problems.

Plus, they have great health.

The fatty acids in coconut are metabolized in a slightly different way to others.

They go directly to your liver, and from there they are transformed into ketones.

Also, coconut helps you calm your appetite and speed up your metabolism.

If you have a family history of Alzheimer's disease, listen to this.

Coconut oil has been associated with a reduction in this disease's symptoms.

How To Register Your Binance Account & Setup Two Factor Authentication | Bitcoin Lifestyles Club - Duration: 15:05.

Hello my friend, Caleb Wright here from Bitcoin Lifestyles Club and today I'm going to guide

you through the process of registering and securing your Binance cryptocurrency exchange

account.

Binance, based out of cryptocurrency friendly Malta, is one of the top three cryptocurrency

exchanges in the world.

And the top exchange that focuses on trading of a large list of altcoins against Bitcoin.

As you can see here, at CoinMarketCap.com, it's the cryptocurrency exchange with the

third highest trading volume out of the top 100 cryptocurrency exchanges in the world.

In the past 24 hours, it's done over a million dollars worth of trading volume.

In the past 7 days, it's done over $6 million dollars.

In the past 30 days it's done over $31 Billion dollars worth of trading volume.

There are 379 markets of altcoins that trade against Bitcoin, Ethereum and USD Tether.

And they also have markets that trade against Binance's own coin BNB, Binance Coin.

The other two exchanges that rank higher on it focus mostly on margin trading and trading

against USD Tether.

BitForex and BitMex.

So Binance is the top exchange out there that trades in altcoins against Bitcoin, Ethereum,

and US Dollar Tether markets.

Binance has been such a success, that there was an article earlier this year at CCN.com

detailing how Binance has become more profitable than Germany's very own Deutsche Bank, and

in the article it states that so far in 2018, Binance has profited to the tune of $200 million

dollars which is $54 million more than the $146 million pulled in by Deutsche Bank.

Being the top altcoin exchange on the market, your definitely going to want to register

an account at this exchange.

They even reward their members, so there's all the more reason for you to get started

as soon as possible.

Just deposit a little bitcoin, and after you make your first trades you will also start

receiving promotional airdrops of various cryptocurrencies that launch on Binance.

There's nothing like FREE crypto!

Being that it's also the highest volume altcoin exchange, it means that there will be excellent

liquidity for most of their trading pairs.

Binance has also proven to be one of the best exchanges out there in terms of their security

features and their active efforts to thwart the efforts of hackers.

You can feel comfortable leaving some money on Binance for trading, as long as you take

advantage of the security features and setup two factor authentication.

Which I'm going to show you who to do today, after I take you through registering your

Binance account.

To get started I'd recommend that you use the link right underneath this video in the

description area, and follow along with the video, step by step to complete registration

of your crypto trading account on Binance.

Just to let you know in advance.

I will receive credit for the referral of your account registration.

I thank you in advance for using my link as it will support this YouTube Channel so I

can keep producing FREE training videos that help you profit with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Once you have clicked the link, it will take you to the home page of Binance, where you

can begin the process of registering your account.

On the upper right hand corner of the page, click Register.

On this page, just fill out this form with your email and password.

For your cryptocurrency exchange accounts, its recommended to use a new email address

for that purpose instead of using the email address that you would use for everything

else in life normally.

This will increase your security.

And when you make a password, but sure to make it long and include numbers, upper case

and lower case letters and symbols so that it's impossible to guess.

Then click the little box to agree to Binance's terms and conditions.

Then you can go ahead and click Register and we'll just have to solve a little captcha

puzzle they have setup to verify that we are human and not a bot trying to hack into the

exchange.

So just click the slider and slide the puzzle piece over until it fits.

BOOM, that's done.

At this point Binance will send you a confirmation email.

You need to go to your email and click the link within as directed, in order to confirm

your account and login for the first time.

I'm just going to take care of that real quick, so that we can login.

Okay having just clicked the link in my email.

We have the account activation successful page, and we can click the little link to

go login.

And we can go ahead and enter our email and password.

And click login.

And solve the puzzle again.

And we're in!

When you first login to your new Binance account, you will get a bunch of safety tips in regard

to using the exchange, and keeping safe from being hacked and having your crypto stolen.

It's important to follow the rules of thumb when it comes to protecting your account.

Because there are a lot of scheming hackers out there who you should not underestimate.

instead you can take the proper precautions to thwart and ultimately prevent their efforts.

Lets review real quick.

Make sure that your visiting Binance.com when you login, so whenever your going to the exchange

to login, check the URL before you type in your login information and make sure that

it's Binance.com to prevent yourself from falling victim to any phishing attacks where

they steal your login information.

Secondly, never install any browser plugins that claim to be associated with Binance.

Except Netcraft anti phishing extension.

Never call a phone number from anyone claiming to be a member of Binance support.

Never tell your password or 2FA codes or keys to anyone, including Binance support.

Don't even tell support.

And never send funds to anyone claiming to be a member of Binance support.

Okay so now that we've gone over each of those, we just have to check off the box acknowledging

that we understand each of these points.

And then click continue.

Next you will be presented your options for setting up two factor authentication to protect

your account.

This is not a recommendation, this is a required step, do not even think about clicking the

'skip for now' button.

You absolutely need to setup two factor authentication to protect your account before you even think

about depositing money to your exchange account.

And I recommend that you steer clear of the SMS text authentication, because that is actually

fairly easy to hack if the hacker can ever activate your mobile phone account on another

phone to get through the security features.

So I recommend you go with Google Authentication.

Just go to the app store for your smartphone, search for Google Authenticator and look for

this logo.

Download and install the app so you can complete setting up two factor authentication on your

account.

And don't worry, if you ever lose your phone or delete your app by accident, you can work

with support to get back in.

Accidents do happen to the best of us, I've done it before myself.

It's a pain in the rear but it's not a fatal mistake and it's worth having this extra layer

of security that will keep hackers from getting into your account.

So now you should take a moment to pause this video and go download Google Authenticator

so you can continue following along and secure your account.

Once you are setup with Google Authenticator you can then click the Google Authenticator

option from right here.

For step one, since I've already advised you to go download the app and install it on your

phone, you'll have it by now, so we'll go ahead and click 'next step'.

Then for Step 2, your going to open up the Google Authenticator app on your phone and

your going to click the '+' button on the app.

Then you are going to click 'scan barcode' on the little menu that pops up on the bottom

of the app on your phone.

And your going to scan the QR code that you see on the screen right here.

So I'm just going to take a moment and do that.

Now once you've scanned this QR code, then a six digit number is going to end up showing

up on the app on your phone, and it's going to change every maybe 30 seconds, and it will

also say Binance.com on your app.

And so at this point I would also recommend that you copy down this series of letters

and numbers and save it, because if you ever lose your phone, you delete the app by accident,

you lose your access to your 2FA codes, this is a one time code that will get you back

into your account, and then you can turn off the two factor authentication until you get

another phone, or until you find your phone in order to reactivate the two factor authentication.

So next, now that we've scanned the code and that we've saved our backup code, we're then

going to click 'next step.'

Please save this key on paper... so it's just making sure that we save the key that I recommended

to you in the last step to save.

So then we'll click 'next step'.

Now we have to enable Google Authentication.

So we have to enter our password.

Then we have to put in the 6 digit code that shows up on our phone.

And then click 'enable google authentication'.

Succeed!

Now that we have successfully secured your account with two factor authentication.

It lands us back on your account settings page, where we can leverage one last option

to maximise your account security.

And that would be the anti-phishing code, you just click here under setting.

And then you just think of a number, any number you can remember easily, and then click submit.

And then you'll also have to put your Google Authentication code, so I have to go get that

6 digit code.

And so the point of this anti-phishing is that whenever Binance sends you an email for

anything, you will know that it's a real email from them if it has this number that you set,

if you get an email from Binance and it doesn't have this number, then you'll know that it's

a phishing scam by a hacker that's just seeking to gain access to your account and rob you

of your crypto.

So definitely take the time to setup your anti-phishing code.

From this page you can also change your password if you need to.

Every now and then, like every six months it's not a bad idea to change your password.

And you can turn your two factor authentication on and off from right here, on the right side

of the menu.

And there actually is one more thing you can do to secure your account.

There is one last really cool feature called 'Withdrawal Address Management' and you can

use it to add a whitelist of wallet addresses that can be withdrawn to.

This way if your account were ever to get hacked, the hacker would only ever be able

to withdraw your funds to your wallet for you.

Pretty funny, and a great idea actually.

Looks like I should go about setting it up sooner than later.

This is actually a newer and quite clever security feature.

And if you scroll down further, you will also be provided with some data on the devices

and IP addresses that have been accessing your account.

As well as a login history.

You can monitor all this information if you are suspicious of any account activity.

I've personally never had a problem with that because I properly secure my accounts and

take the recommended precautions.

But it's good to have this info available in case you ever needed it.

So at this point you should have a newly registered and secured Binance Account, Congratulations!

With your Binance account registered and secure you are now officially ready to deposit some

bitcoin and get started with trading.
