Tip for Knee pain / Jumpers knee / Osgood Schlatter / PFPS - Duration: 1:19.
If the front of your knee under your kneecap is in pain
It´s often because your thigh muscles are not strong enough
It´s important from the beginning to work out these muscles to get rid of the pain
I´ll show you an easy way
Sit down on the floor with a straight back
Bend your leg to about 90 degrees and the other leg streched out
Then put pressure against your hands like this
If it hurts to much, move your leg up a bit and apply pressure
If you don´t feel any pain in the front of your knee,
keep the pressure on this spot for 30 seconds
The purpose with this exercise is to get your leg closer to yourself in a bended position, day by day
Then in the end if you succeeded, you can bend your leg like this
This is a good start to strengthen you knees

8212545RP - Replacing Your Amana Washer's Fill Hose AP3884647 PS993141 - Duration: 5:28.
Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to show you how to change the fill hose on your
washer the reason why you might have to do this is because the fill hose is damaged or
broken causing water to leak out of it for this repair all we'll be using is a pair of
channel locks
WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source
so this is the washer we're going to be using for this demonstration it's an Amana and yours
might be a little bit different than what we have here but the same technique should
still apply we're going to have to turn our washer around make sure you turn your water
off and once we've turned our water off we're going to use our channel locks to unscrew
the water inlet hose from the water line and you're also going to want to make sure that
you have a towel or maybe a bucket handy because when you do this there's most likely going
to be a bit of water still in that line and it's going to come out once you loosen up
the connection just like that and now I'll just carefully set this down
in the bucket and there's that one and now I'll set that down as well and now we'll remove
the hose from the back of the washer now you can grab your new OEM replacement hoses if
you don't have them already you can find them on our online store this particular pair of
hoses is five feet long and we have a nice red one to signify your hot water and the
blue one for the cold water unless you want to do it the other way the next thing you
want to do is just make sure there is a rubber gasket inside of your new hose if it doesn't
have one for some reason you can get one out of your old hose but these should all have
them included in the bag now we can put our fill hoses on so you see right here it has
the blue which means cold so you're going to plug your hose that you want to be cold
into that blue one tighten it up by hand as much as you can and grab your channel locks
tighten it up the rest of the way same thing with this other hose you have your
red connection here and so you're going to just hook up the hose that you want to go
to the hot water on to that tighten it up by hand as much as you can and finish it up
with the channel locks so now we'll hook up our fill hose to the water line and we'll
tighten it by hand and you want to make sure that your hooking up the correct hose so if
you're hooking up your hot water one like we are right now just make sure that wherever
it's marked on the water line that you're hooking up the proper connection and now we'll
finish tightening it in with our channel locks now this is our cold water line and we're
hooking it up to our cold water
and once you get both of those hooked up and have the lines tightened all the way you can
turn your water on and make sure there's no leaks and once you've done that your repair
is complete so today I noticed that my ironing board was a bit wrinkled and I laughed at
the irony
Finally don't forget to plug in your appliance
if you need to replace any parts for your appliances
you can find an OEM replacement part on our website pcappliancerepair.com

What You Should Do Before Starting A Business (And Other Things) | Straight Talk with Lou Mosca - Duration: 3:17.
Today, we're going to a little bit of a montage, how's that?
First and foremost, I see this Marcus Lemonis with Camping World is talking about that entrepreneurs
should go work somewhere else first.
I don't think you need to be Marcus Lemonis to determine that's the best thing for people
to do.
Everybody should cut their teeth working somewhere else.
Before you go invest your own money, before you go try to take over daddy's business,
before you go be a serial entrepreneur, you should invest your time and energy for 3,
4, 5 years working for one or two other companies so you can see what you like and see what
you don't like.
You can see what accountability should be, and maybe what accountability is or isn't.
You should always cut your teeth working somewhere else, in fact, I never want my kids to work
for me.
They can come to work for me when they're in their mid-30s, maybe late 30s, but they
have to go work 5 to 10 years somewhere else.
Totally relevant, go work somewhere else, just don't think you got it and you go out
and make snap decisions.
Second thing is this open workspace environment that I read about yesterday.
I think an open workspace is great in kindergarten, and I think open workspace is great for a
playground, and I think an open workspace is great on a football field or a baseball
field.
But it's like the whole damn universe is trying to turn work into this huggy-feely-cuddly
environment.
It seems to me, we cross lines with the whole #MeToo movement of how friendly and how cuddly
and how warm--
Someone told me last week that they were in an environment where a group snuggle was required
once a day.
I'm like, "What are we talking about?"
Work is for work, guys.
Do I want it to be pleasant?
Do I want people to enjoy what they do?
They spend a lot of hours at work.
I get it, but this whole open space, hugs, kisses, couches, beanbags, foosball things,
give me a break.
Do that crap after work.
Work is for work.
I'm sorry.
If you think your people are productive sitting around on couches, drinking their mocha frappuccino
things, you're just kidding yourself.
Work is for work.
Open space is for kindergarten, okay?
My third rant of the day is my favorite one of all time and it is please, please, please,
you shareholders of Tesla, get that maniac out of there.
Get him out.
Until you get him out, profitability is always going to be a problem.
You're just going to keep going further in debt.
He's demonstrated year after year after year after year of his problems.
Please, get him out for your sake.
I'm not a shareholder so I don't care if it burns to the ground, but please get him out.
Other than that, it's Tuesday, have a great day.
I hope you have an extraordinary week.
Thank God Labor Day is coming so this damn summer is over and people can make people
they're going back to work.
Have a great day.

Salman Khan vs Shahrukh Khan Billion Mega Lifestyle | 2018
-------------------------------------------
Life can suck sometimes. Here's some helpful tips for getting through it! - Duration: 3:50.
Hey guys!
Happy Tuesday!
I just wanted to pop on here real quick and talk about... life!
As you guys may know from my Instagram, occasionally I change a board in my office.
And right now, my board is saying, "Life happens.
Coffee helps.
Or maybe some tacos!"
Kind of depends on what you're feeling.
Though that is true, that sometimes coffee helps and sometimes tacos also help, I wanted
to talk to you about a couple other things that really truly do help when life is just
deciding to be... a bit of a douche.
Which happens!
So!
A couple of those things are acknowledgement and acceptance.
And then self-compassion.
You know, just being friendly and kind to yourself.
You know the acknowledgement and acceptance... life is just gonna suck sometimes.
It's just going to throw you some stuff that you don't know what to do with.
You're overwhelmed.
You're stressed out.
You're anxious... ya know, whatever it may be.
And just acknowledging... shit, this is hard.
Or "I'm overwhelmed."
Or "I do not know what I'm doing here."
And that's okay.
So then accepting that you may not know what the hell you're doing.
And that is okay.
You will figure it out.
You will problem solve.
You've done all of that already with every other problem that's faced you.
But it's okay to just say, "I don't know what the hell I'm doing and I feel stuck, out of
control, overwhelmed... whatever it may be."
Because this opens you up for the permission to then be kind to yourself.
So if you're just tired, you're exhausted, you are overwhelmed, giving yourself the permission
to go "Yeah okay, I'm overwhelmed and that's okay SO maybe I need to take 10 extra minutes
getting ready in the morning.
I can do some breathing exercises or I can do a body scan or I can just take a longer
shower."
Or if that coffee, that cup of tea (whatever it is you do in the morning), that you have
a little bit more time to enjoy it.
To just breathe.
Or if you're being kind to yourself, that allows you to go "I need help.
I can't do it all.
(WHICH IS OKAY!)
I'm going to reach out for help."
You know what?
Maybe life will be a little less crappy if I acknowledge I'm overwhelmed, I accept that
that's okay, and I give myself some kindness and some compassion.
Because I need to take care of myself.
Oh and side note.
If a friend came to you and said, "I'm overwhelmed.
I don't know what I'm doing.
Life is fucking awful right now."
You know what you would do?
You would acknowledge how they felt, and you would be kind to them, and you'd probably
offer help.
Soo, maybe... we should try doing that for ourselves?
Just a thought.
Anyway guys, enjoy the rest of your day.
Hope that was a helpful little nugget when life just decides to be a bit of an asshole.
Alright guys, bye!

Alexis Johnson loves life in Wheaton - Duration: 1:38.
After a graduating high school, my husband and I moved to the
Fargo-Moorhead area where we live for about 10 years. We decided to move back
so that my husband could work for his dad. I needed to find something here in
town, so I decided to create the opportunity for myself, and I purchased
the shop from someone who had been in business for 14 years. The Affair floral
does all different kinds of flower arrangements. We also have a gift shop
which includes a variety of fun and easy to give gift items. We are also a mobile
florist, which means that we travel to you. If you having in an event that
isn't in Wheaton, we we're happy to come to you to make sure that all of your floral
needs are taken care of. One of my favorite things about living in Wheaton
is having a family here. It's a safe community where I feel I can let my kids
ride their bike to the pool or my son to go over to his friends house because I
know who their parents are. Wheaton's very fortunate. We do have a
lot of businesses here in town, and a lot of services to offer anything that you
need, you can find it here in town here, which is really nice.
Wheaton has a lot of fun things. We're very close to Lake Traverse which is a
popular fishing destination. And the city does a wonderful job of offering things
that don't cost a lot of money. I love being able to know my neighbors, drop by
their house, or their kids ride bike over to my house. And everybody knows that
it's okay. It's' safe here and we really like that about living in Wheaton.

WP98017359 - Replacing Your Whirlpool Range's Rear Burner Gas Tubing Assembly AP6014275 PS11747513 - Duration: 7:30.
Hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to be showing you how to replace your rear burner
tubing assembly the reason why you would have to do this is because the tubing assembly
is damaged causing it to leak gas for this repair we'll be using a half inch wrench a
putty knife a phillips head screwdriver a pair of needle nose pliers a ratchet with
a 5/8th inch socket and two pairs of channel locks
WARNING before doing any repairs please disconnect your power source
so this is thestove we're going to be using for this repair
it's a Whirlpool keep in mind yours at home might be a little bit different than what
we have here but the same technique should still apply the first thing you wanna do is
make sure you turn your gas off so to take our gas line off I'm going to use one pair
of channel locks and I'm going to hold on to this part right here and I'm going to use
my other pair of channel locks in order to grab the line and I'm going to twist both
of them in opposite directions that way we're not spinning endlessly while we're trying
to loosen it now I have that lose so I can remove it by hand the rest of the way so the
next thing we're going to do remove the grates from the top of the stove as well as the burners
and the burner caps and now I have to remove all of the burner screws from the stove top
now that I have all of the
screws off I'm going to be using a putty knife in the side right here there's going to be
a little clip push in on it and lift up on the stove top find that clip push in and lift
up lift up the back so it goes over the tabs and then you can remove it just like that
so this is our rear gas tube assembly here it's going to be the same on the right side
and the left side so the part number is the same the first thing that we're going to do
to replace this one over here we're going to be using our 5/8th inch socket and we're
going to loosen the nut jam and once that's loose I can get it off the rest of the way
by hand now I can remove this bracket now I'll be using a half inch wrench to loosen
this nut that's attached to the burner knob up here
and now I can remove the old assembly now grab your new OEM replacement gas tube assembly
if you don't have one already you can find one on our online store so now what we're
going to do is we're going to snake this underneath the support here I'm going to screw this nut
in by hand as much as possible and once I have that tightened by hand I'll grab my wrench
again and finish tightening it the rest of the way make sure you don't over tighten it
you don't want to break the tube inside there and you also don't want to bend the tube out
here now we'll put the bracket on make sure you line up that flat part on top with the
flat part on there so it fits nice and smoothly then grab your nut jam and screw it down as
much as possible and then use your 5/8th inch socket to finish the job make sure to hold
onto the bracket don't twist or bend the pipe once that's nice and tight you can finish
putting it back together now we're going to set the range part back down and I'm going
to make sure that I get this lip on the back on top of these tabs right here and once I
do that make sure it's nice and flushed against the back and push it down so it flips in so
now what I'm going to do because these aren't completely lined up and I'm going to use a
pair of needle nose pliers and I'm going to just grab a small piece wherever I can line
up the holes and screw it back in now that that's all screwed down we can put our burners
and burner caps back into place so now we're going to reconnect our stove to the gas line
tighten it the rest of the way with channel locks in case your adapter is spinning inside
might want to get another pair of channel locks just to hold that in place and then
you can tighten it the rest of the way and now we can turn our gas back on and your repair
is complete
Finally don't forget to plug in your appliance
if you need to replace any parts for your appliances
you can find an OEM replacement part on our website pcappliancerepair.com

10 Tips with Renting a Car | Top Things to Know Before Your Next Trip! - Duration: 6:49.
Hey, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this video, I want to share our top 10 tips
when renting a car during your trip.
(light chiming music)
Renting a car, like many other travel experiences, can be both easy and
complicated. It's easy to reserve a car but then you're often presented with a
bunch of choices that can be a bit confusing. Things like GPS, insurance, and
refueling. All these things seem important, but they come at a fairly high
premium. So today, I want to review some things that I recommend when renting a
car, especially here in the US. But first, if you're new here, I want to welcome you
to our channel. Trip Astute is a travel channel that is focused on sharing ways
to make travel easier, affordable, and more enjoyable. Traveling can be
stressful and expensive, so we're looking for ways to help you maximize your
experience through travel tips, points and miles, and innovative gear. If that
sounds interesting to you, please consider subscribing. So, let's
jump into our top tips. Some of these things might seem obvious especially if
you're a savvy and experienced traveler. But I'm hoping that there are a few tips
in this list that are still helpful to you. Number 1: Sign up for a car rental
rewards program. Some of you might have access to a car rental rewards program
through work or your credit card. If so, you're going to want to make sure to
register for the loyalty program. I think the biggest perk is that some of these
programs will have your car ready for you when you get to the airport so you
don't have to waste time checking in to the counter. You just pull up your
reservation on your app or look for your name on the board in the lot, which
should indicate your car. If you have a premium travel credit card like the
Chase Sapphire Reserve, you have access to some of the higher status levels with
certain rental car companies. If you need more information, check out our video on
how to maximize these benefits on the Chase Sapphire Reserve. Number 2: Inspect
your car. A lot of times, we just want to get on the road as quick as possible.
However, I suggest doing a quick visual inspection of your car's exterior
and making sure that any damage, especially any big scratches or dents,
are recorded when you were checking out of the rental car lot. You definitely
don't want to be held liable for any damages to the car, especially if it was
there when you picked up the vehicle. This is especially important if you
don't have some kind of primary insurance coverage for your rental car
through a credit card. That brings me to number 3: Know your insurance options.
Many premium travel credit cards offer primary insurance coverage for rental
cars. This allows you to decline the expensive and limited insurance coverage
when renting a vehicle. We did a video a while back on how it works and different
scenarios for coverage, so definitely check it out. It's a bit complicated, but
definitely worth understanding before your next car rental. Number 4: Don't
use points to book your car rental. This one's a bit controversial. I haven't seen
anything official about this, but I noticed a few folks on FlyerTalk who
said that car insurance coverage from a credit card only applies if you pay for
your car rental in full with your credit card. I heard this advice a few years ago
as well, so I generally pay for car rentals out of pocket instead of using
points. Though if you have any experience or first-hand knowledge with the
situation, let me know below in the comment section. Number 5: Avoid
underage rental fees. Most rental car companies will charge you extra if
you're under the age of 25 and want to rent a car. While this charge is hard to
avoid if you're under 25, there are some potential ways to get around it if you
happen to be a AAA member, you can get the fee waived with Hertz. And if
you're a USAA member, you can do the same with Enterprise. Number 6:
Avoid refueling options. Rental car companies will often pitch refueling
options which seem convenient, but are generally a bad deal. One option is to
refill your car to the necessary level but at three or four times the normal cost
of fuel. I think that on our last trip, the signs at the Las Vegas
Avis desk said that they were charging $9 per gallon for a refuel.
Also, another option is to pay for a full tank refill. The per gallon rate is
generally a little bit higher than the normal market rate, but the catch is that
they will charge you for a full tank regardless of your fuel level when you
return the car. In general, it's a better deal to just fill up your gas tank
before returning your car. And with all the tools and apps available, it's easier
than ever to find a gas station near your location. Number 7: Pack a phone
charger, cable, and cradle. If I plan to rent a car, I always pack a car charger,
two charging cables, and a cheap vent clip cradle for my phone.
It's so much cheaper than renting a GPS from the rental car company. Plus, I can
use the apps that I'm already comfortable with and familiar with. Number 8: Turn
on speed limit indicators. Several navigation apps offer the ability to
show speed limits in certain areas. I find this feature to be so useful when
driving in new areas, especially when the speed limit isn't visible or know. I use
Waze most times when driving and you can enable this feature under settings in
the speedometer section. Also, if you're an Android user, you can enable this
feature in Google Maps. Sadly, this feature is not available in the iOS
version of Google Maps. Number 9: Enable eco mode. I've noticed a lot of
cars I rent have the option to enable an eco mode. As some of you know, I
drive a Prius, so I tend to be a bit more conscious when it comes to my fuel
consumption. What I found though is that the eco mode setting on a lot of rental
cars seems to be disabled by default. So if you're trying to conserve fuel and
lower your consumption, it might be worth enabling the eco mode in your car. It
usually makes the throttle and cooling system a little bit less responsive, but
it can help to save money at the pump. And finally, number 10: Carry an emergency
kit. This might seem like overkill, but I think it's very valuable. I actually use
a special case just for this purpose. If I know that I'll be renting a car, I'll
pack my important documents like a copy of my insurance,
along with backup maps in the case. I'll also throw in a mini flashlight that
pulses, pen, tissues, and a basic tire pressure gauge. This makes it easy when
dropping off the car too since I have everything in one place, and I'll even
put my chargers and cables in there so I don't forget them. We're actually going to
do a review of the travel case that we use, so stay tuned for it. Though I
honestly think it's always a good idea to be prepared especially since you
never know when you might encounter a problem while on the road. Do you have
any tips for renting a car? If so, please share them below in the comment section.
I'm always curious to hear about other tips and tricks that people use to save
money and improve their travel experience. I've included Amazon links in
the video description. Trip Astute does get a percentage if you use our link. It
doesn't cost you anything extra, but it does help us to continue building
content for this channel. If you enjoyed this video or found it useful,
please give us a thumbs up and consider sharing it with others who might
also benefit from our content. Until next time, travel safe and travel smart.
