idea challenge intro - Duration: 5:00.

I've lived my life

coming up with a lot of ideas and

one of the things

that I hear a lot is

it's great that you have great ideas,

but ideas are not enough.

Ideas, especially in technology and in filmmaking

ideas are the easiest part...

but realizing that is unbelievably hard.

The seed that is the idea,

it very seldom ends up manifesting into what

the final version of that app looks like

and that's the hard part.

The idea is the easy part.

If you want to make something -

make it and show it to me.

I'd love to see it but I'm not interested in the idea.

And the people who say that are right.

Ideas aren't enough.

One of the things that idea people, like me,

need to do is they need to find a platform

or a way to share their ideas

with people around them, because

the first step to getting an idea going

is to find the community or the group of people

who can use that idea and bring that idea to fruition.

They can make it happen.

so I'm going to start step by step

until I can make it happen.

The idea sharing project.

First of all I'd like to address who-

who should be watching these videos?

This is actually very specific

to a very specific audience.

This is for educators who are looking

for ideas for projects for their students.

This is for high school students who are looking

for projects to make great applications for college.

The idea is not completely formulated

because every community has different issues

that they need to deal with.

What I wanted was to take all these great ideas

and turn them into challenges

and then make videos that help students

go along step-by-step

through not just implementing,

which is already a fabulous success story.

Like if you guys can do this -

great!

Give yourself a pat on the back.

But there's another step after implementation

and that step is how can I take what I've created

take my success story and then

put it into my college application?

This channel, these challenges,

they're all free.

I'm going to add some worksheets

to help you structure your thinking process

and some more information

and some more tools to help you,

just if you need it...

a direction that you can go.

I'm an educator and

the reason I'm doing this is

because of my understanding of

heroes

my understanding of the tools we need

and my belief that students are the future.

So who are these heroes?

Well let me tell - Luffy (Monkey D.)

What is it about these heroes

that make them so great?

And I realized it was their ability

to say yes to life.

And one of the hardest things...

hardest of things is to find that motivation.

And one of the things

that I would like to give you is a challenge,

a yes to life challenge.

If you're ready...

if you want more from life...

if you're bored...

if you're stuck ...

if you are just tired of watching mind-numbing television...

if you're excited about your future...

if you're looking for the next big thing...

if you want to help somebody...

if you need help...

All of those things...

then try one of my challenges

and learn how to one:

become a doer

and two: say yes to life

and three: document it.

The reason to document it is because

I don't want you to stop.

I don't want you to stop here.

I want you to keep going forever and ever.

Throughout your whole life

remain motivated enough -- push yourself enough

to write that book...

to make that movie...

to put on that play...

All of those things - they take energy,

they take community and they take funding.

And we're going to talk about all of those things.

So first of all

say - Yes!

AI Chatbots: #5 of 5 Lead Generation Techniques You May Be Overlooking - Duration: 4:57.

So that takes us to, how can we be this responsive with these channels that are

very real-time that people are using 24/7 that they can use from any spot

while they're doing anything else. How can we as organizations respond and make

sure that we are responsive, and so and the fifth tip here is taking advantage

of artificial intelligence Chatbots. So that sounds very fancy, but really it's

just a way of transferring some of that knowledge that right now you train your

sales teams to have and to deliver to people, and capturing that using

artificial intelligence. And we also have the ability now to detect and translate

in real-time so we can deliver that same experience to somebody whether they're

speaking English or Mandarin or Spanish and the the chatbots are smart enough

now and the technology exists to actually move with the user even as they

transition from one language to another and then maybe back to the original

language. And so this is really just geared towards being able to capture,

qualify, engage and nurture 24/7. And buyers at this point not only tolerate,

but expect chatbots. So we went through that sort of first wave of really dumb

chatbots that were really just kind of glorified navigation devices. They push

you down a very specific and narrow path and they would fail very quickly most of

the time because they were more of a novelty and didn't really understand

their purpose and people would get frustrated and want to talk to a human

that sometimes was very hard to reach very quickly. But now that we've kind of

passed through that wave, we can use, like I said, these artificial intelligence or AI

chatbots that are actually capable of learning with the more conversations

people have with them and that can escalate to humans so they can know what

they don't know and kind of do a graceful handoff to a human, and then

they can and even if there's an answer that might take a little longer to get,

they can set the buyers expectations so they can say, "I know you have a sales

question" or "I know that you're looking for a price" and let me pass this to my

human team and we'll get back to you within two minutes or two hours or two

days, whatever that service level agreement is. We find

that people are actually really okay with it as long as they know what

to expect. And the reason is because they're using channels like text

messaging and they're not sitting on the phone waiting or sending an email into

the ether they don't know if anyone received it or that anybody is

acting on their behalf while they're waiting for an answer. And so we're so

comfortable and with chatbots at this point in time that almost 60% of us have

interacted with them. Nearly 90% of us believe brands should use them and we

actually trust them enough. We believe that they're smart enough at this point

that almost 70% of us would make a purchase from a recommendation made by a

chatbot which really means that and these chatbots, when used correctly, have

tremendous power to help guide people towards purchases that are relevant to

them to help sort of illuminate your products and services and do a lot of

that qualification that otherwise would be happening hopefully over the phone or

things like that. The other thing that we see both with

messaging and with chatbots is sort of an interesting phenomenon. So

the same way that sometimes trolls on the internet are willing to say unkind

things that they would never say to someone's face. It actually works in your

favor when you think about buyers. So what we've seen is that buyers are much

more candid about the experience they had with you and what they're looking

for, their time frame and their level of interest. So you're really able to reach

out and get an honest answer, and knowing is always better than not knowing. And

even in the case where someone might not be interested in a product or service

that they've seen, let's say a model home visit for example, we've

seen some of our customers be able to take advantage of a cross selling

opportunity because they found out, wait this person really loved the layouts but

they want a community where they have a three-car garage as an option. And so by

working together across locations or divisions people can actually pass leads

back and forth that otherwise would have been lost business. And even in the case

of someone having a bad experience and because you're getting that information

in real time instead of sending out a survey by mail or by email, that

maybe we'll get responded to, you might get that data two months

later, you're able to fix a problem. Whether it be that store maybe is messy

or somebody had an interaction with someone who is rude, you can

actually correct those problems in real-time because you have that

information in real time right in front of you.

When your heart beats.

Within myself it always remains hidden.

The me of the past, the me of the present, the me from the future.

Why am I like this?

I wasn't like this but I keep getting greedy

Why is it like this?

The feelings getting bigger.

Are you a good person?

If not, who cares?

I have already fallen for you.

The countless words of love that were whispered

Our promises that are breaking instantly

Cornered are my shadows What's hidden behind the light?

The more time flows the more it deepens

I'm between your past and future right now

I can't stop!

So run, run. It won't ever end.

There is no other choice!

I can only love you anyway!

When Quitting Football Gave Me All The Credit - Duration: 3:33.

- If I want you to walk away with anything,

I want you to realize Jesus can take your place

if you let Him.

When I was in high school, my senior year

I believe God got a hold of my heart

and I actually started this thing called The Gathering

where I preached once a month to my high school students

and it was awesome.

But because of that and because I hated football

at the time, I practiced all summer,

I was one of the team captains,

but I went up the coach and I said I quit.

I was like, I can't take it anymore.

I'm miserable.

I don't look forward to every single day,

I want, you know, I was 17 so I thought

I was so smart, right?

So right before, really, school started,

I told the coach I'm done.

But right before that, literally the day before,

we got to pick our numbers, I got my jersey,

I got my helmet, which they had to always give me

a lineman helmet because my head's too big

and then they had to put a receiver mask on it.

It was always so fun to be made fun of.

And so I got this number nine,

because it's what Joel Hanson willed to me

and then obviously, the next day I quit.

Well the first game of the season,

the first game was a big deal.

It was against our rivals I think

and they filmed the whole thing.

So if you guys know, especially on Friday nights

and Saturday mornings, they show the film,

the footage of the football games.

What was amazing, my phone, we did text back then,

my phone blew up.

I received call after call and I'm thinking,

what is going on here?

Thank you, God.

What happened is the next wide receiver

who was actually really good, he took my number.

He took number nine, that was his favorite number.

But what's so great is the newspaper didn't know that!

So I was on channel three TV.

Trey Van Camp, 400 yards!

And I was like, and I was sleeping.

It was just, I'm that good!

Like people would call me.

Friends I haven't talked to in years.

And they were like dude, you are so good.

I'm like I know, at what?

You know.

You got touchdowns!

Did you look at the footage from last year?

What's going on?

Check the news!

So I'm like hey Mom!

I'm incredible, watch!

And it was so cool.

And I never told anybody the truth (laughs).

So to this day, Charles Jones

who lives in the West Valley

thinks I ran those 400 yards and got five touchdowns.

And I promise you, he was 10 times faster than me, okay.

And so I got all this credit for that,

and I realized in that moment, oh my goodness,

I finally, at my young age, I have

a gospel illustration here.

Friends, you know what's so incredible?

It's at the moment you give up,

you throw in the towel and say

I'm not playing this game anymore.

I have tried, I am miserable, I am a failure, I'm too slow!

When you finally leave it all out and Jesus takes

your place, takes your name, and he lives inside of you,

you get credit for things you've never done before.

You are perfect and righteous and blameless

and a child of God, you were written in the Book of Life

and everybody knows about it even though you did nothing.

And that is what's so good about this good news.

Stop trying 'cause you're slow!

Jesus will do it in your place.

My plead with you is you are still showing up to practice

every day, absolutely miserable, going home,

eating twink--

This is getting way too personal, this was my life.

Eating all these things saying God I can't do it.

Exactly.

That's exactly where he wants you to be.

The next thing to do is not to achieve.

The next thing you must do is to believe and receive

and say Jesus, I need you to run this race

in my place.

Have you done that before?

What if my passport is close to expiring? - Duration: 1:07.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I am Viselio's customer support team lead.

The common question that we get is what to do if you need to travel soon, but you have

just realize your passport is close to expiring.

Well, it's important to check

the expiration date of your passport before applying for a visa.

So, for instance if you're travelling to India, your passport must be valid for at least

180 days from the expected return date and there have to be at least two blank

pages in your passport at the time of the visa submission.

However if you're

applying for a Vietnamese visa, at the moment you're applying for the visa, your

passport must be valid for at least six months.

So finally, if your passport is

close to expiration date, we advise you to apply for a new passport and then

Viselio we'll be happy to assist you in obtaining your visa.

I hope this was helpful, thank you for watching and have a nice day.

Do I have to fill the whole application form for visa? - Duration: 0:51.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I'm Viselio's customer support team lead.

People ask us if they need to fill in every field in the application form. So,

here's a short explanation. The application form is the main document

that contains all your information, which the embassy needs in order to issue you a

visa. So, if something is missing, the embassy will decline your application.

Therefore, the answer is: Yes, you have to fill in all data in the form. Other than

that, our website would not allow you to continue with the application, in case

you didn't fill every required field.

Thank you for watching and I really hope this was helpful and I wish you a great day.

What is Viselio offering? - Duration: 1:15.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I am Viselio's customer support team lead.

This is what often worries our customers: they ask if they have to go to the embassy themselves.

No, you don't need to go by yourself to the embassy.

This is our main advantage: we are doing that for you.

Our service is allowing you to fill out all

the necessary information online, without downloading any PDFs that you will later

need to fill in manually or sending you the filled application form to your email.

Then, you will just have to print it out, sign the application form, send it to us

with your passport. We will do the rest. Don't worry your documents are safe with us.

This will save you a lot of time as you need only seven minutes to fill out

a form and then later, when your visa is issued, we will pick it up at the Embassy

or consulate and make sure you get all your documents back with the visa

attached to your passport. You see, the times when you had to queue for hours

end at the Embassy are long gone.

I really hope this was helpful, thank you for watching and have a great day.

Where should I sign the visa application form? - Duration: 0:58.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I am Viselio's customer support team lead.

Today's topic is: where do I sign the form?

This is the most frequently asked question

and most mistakes happen in this part of filling out the information. it is different

with different visa forms. So, for China the visa application form needs to be

signed on the last page in the part 4 at the end of the fourth paragraph.

For Russia, you should sign the application under the place for the photo.

Regarding Indian application form, you need to sign in at the top and at the bottom of the page

And last, for Vietnam visa application, it is simple: just sign at

the bottom of the page.

Thank you for watching, I hope this was helpful and I wish you a nice day.

Why do you need a transportation ticket to China? - Duration: 1:14.

Hi everyone, my name is Sandra and I am Viselio's customer support team lead.

In this video, I will explain you why you need a transportation ticket when

applying for a Chinese tourist visa. In order to get the Chinese tourist visa,

you need to submit your transportation tickets. These tickets

serve as a proof when and how you will enter and exit China.

And if you do not provide this, the embassy won't issue you a tourist visa

Also, if you are planning to

visit another country travelling from China, you do not need to submit a return

ticket from China to your country. You only need a confirmation that you're

going to another country and that you're not going to come back to China. However

in case you're flying home through China and planning to travel to another

country in the mean time, you will need to get a double entry and the dates

and flight confirmation for the second entry.

Thank you for watching, I really hope this was helpful and have a nice day.
